Debi Lundquist, LEED A.P. has been designing new homes, additions and remodels as “The Mark of Design” since 1990. Her first mountain home was actually built in 1984. She lives and works in Evergreen, Colorado and has learned how to deal with custom, sloping lots, high wind and snow loads and how to maximize views while reducing energy costs. Her training in Passive Solar design has been intrinsic in each structure that she has been involved in designing.
